We implemented an RSS Atom Feed, it is just an index via URL so if you put that in your RSS reader you can download all the articles automatically. You can also select " Fetch Full Content" so you have it all, in case something happens....

Just use that to subscribe to the feed and you are done.

It makes a local copy to its own database.
